New websites and apps, full redesigns, rebuilding an app from scratch, and large new features beyond your monthly hours are quoted separately as fixed-price projects. Monthly plans also don't cover outages caused by your hosting company or other outside services, but we'll help you deal with them.
On new builds and redesigns, you provide the final text and we handle the design, build and launch. If you need help with writing, we can talk about it as an add-on.
